Returns & Exchange Policy for online purchases only
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on elmadesigns.com. If you are not for any reason, you may return or exchange your purchased item within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges need to include a proof of purchase and are only accepted on items that are in their original pristine condition and have not been worn or altered.
We can only accept returns only for those items that were purchased directly on elmadesigns.com. Jewelry items that were purchased on elmadesigns.com cannot be returned to any Elma Designs authorized dealer.
If you wish to return or exchange any item, please email your name, address, order number and the reason for the return to service@elmadesigns.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA #) that must be clearly labeled on the return package, and a shipping address. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
Returns shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be processed only after inspection of returned items, through the original method of payment on the order for the cost of the purchased item(s) only, and excluding the original shipping and insurance charges. Please allow five business days for the return to be processed. Your credit card company or PayPal may require an additional four to seven business days to credit your account.
